Processing Time All handmade and pre-owned items are carefully prepared before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Handmade Items Handmade items are crafted with care and will ship within 5 business days of your order being placed, depending on the item. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Pre-Owned Items Pre-owned items typically ship within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping.
Print-on-Demand Items Some items in our store are fulfilled and shipped directly by our production partner, Podbase. These items may ship separately from other items in your order and may have different delivery timeframes. You will receive separate tracking information for these items.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist where we can.
