Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Handmade Items Handmade items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Pre-Owned Items Pre-owned items are also eligible for return within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions — unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Print-on-Demand Items Items fulfilled by our production partner, Podbase, are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at ksk1122.kh@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues If your item arrives defective or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at ksk1122.kh@gmail.com right away and we'll make it right. For packages lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number — we're happy to assist where we can.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or print-on-demand items (unless defective). Custom or personalized orders are also non-returnable.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at ksk1122.kh@gmail.com.
